Nation Ford High School Band captures 6th state title in 8
years.
The Nation Ford High School Band competed in the South Carolina Band Directors Association
Class AAAA State Championship on Saturday, October 29th at Spring Valley High School in
Columbia, SC. Nation Ford captured their sixth state marching band championship with a score
of 93.600. River Bluff High School was second with a score of 93.300 and Blythewood High
School was third with a score of 91.150. In addition to winning the state championship, Nation
Ford also won the award for “Best Visual” performance.
