Boarding Process:

1), Kindly provide Your Flight Voucher & ID or Passport Copy to our Checking In Reception.

2), Our team will schedule the timing for your “Safety Briefing”, during the same time, kindly have seat and take rest in the Lobby.

3), After the “Safety Briefing”, we will provide the Life Jacket to you.-(Please do not open it, Only Use & Open it For the Emergency).

4), Please put your Package to the “Storage Box” (kindly take back after your flight). – Note: Regarding to the “Storage Box”, kindly check with our staff .

5), After the flight, you can take rest and have some water in the Lobby. - And you can check with your photos also, if you like it, you can purchase as well.

6), HeliDubai team will organize the Buggy to transfer you to the “Parking Area”, if you are coming with a more than 30pax bus (kindly wait for a while please, Thank you!
