To Whom It May Concern
Natarsha Fuldseth was employed as a Food and Beverage Attendant for Tudors Restaurant at the Heartland Hotel Cotswold from September 2010 through until December 2011. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, Natarsha demonstrated both excellent technical skills required of her role and an impressive rapport with both guests to the restaurant and her fellow team members.
With great enthusiasm for her work, Natarsha also has the ability to motivate others to get their work done efficiently while also making the restaurant an enjoyable place to work for all those working with her, and ensures that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Natarsha also has such a pleasant and inquisitive nature, with no shortage of interesting conversations and good natured humour. Natarsha is always flexible with regards to shift availability and could come to work at short notice as was the nature of the business. By working right through a very challenging and sometimes stressful year in Christchurch, Natarsha has shown that she will be dedicated to whatever she sets her mind to, and is sure to excel in her studies and chosen career, so I wish her every success for the future.
