A meeting at Nashville Zoo can truly transport you
to lands unknown; bringing your associates face to
face with a broad spectrum of behaviors, instincts,
and survival skills that are necessary to “survive” in
the ever changing global economy.

Ask about additional benefits of a Nashville Zoo meeting such as teambuilding activities,
scavenger hunts, and animal presentations.
Day meeting times include all day admission. Rental rate includes use of space between the hours contracted. Set
up/breakdown of catering, decorations, and audio visual needs allowed ½ hour prior to start time and must be broken down
within ½ hour of end time. Rental also includes onsite Zoo staff coordinator and clean-up fees. Security of any décor and/or
equipment is the responsibility of renter.
All catering is done through our exclusive onsite caterer. Additional hours before or after rental time slot are available for an
additional per hour fee. Specific guidelines for the protection of our animal collection do apply.

It is the perfect venue to show your appreciation of employees,
clients, and family members. After a day at Nashville Zoo your
guests will be going “bananas” for all your efforts to show you’re
your appreciation.

Evening Reception rental includes use of rented space from 6pm- 12pm. Set-up/ breakdown of catering, decorations, and audio visual
needs allowed based on previously agreed time and must be broken down within time stated in contract. Rental also includes onsite
Zoo staff coordinator and clean-up fees. Security of any décor and/or equipment is the responsibility of renter. Guests allowed to enter
Zoo property only after 6:00 pm. No animals will be on exhibit unless otherwise requested and access to other animal trails is not
allowed. Some additional fees may apply. Additional hours before or after rental time slot are available for an additional per hour fee.

Includes set up and break down of 2 animal themed beanbag boards with 6 bags included.
Face Painter $75.00/hr*
One face painter can complete 12-15 faces per hour depending on level of detail requested by guest. *2 hour minimum- HIGHLY RECOMMEND 2 Face Painters for parties of 200+
Caricature Artist $135.00/hr*
One caricature artist can complete approximately 12 "caricatures" an hour * 3 hour minimum
Jungle Bounce House Inflatable $325.00*
Inflatable bounce house is a bounce room with attached slide.
*Requires minimum of 1 inflatable attendant.
Jungle Obstacle Course Inflatable $450.00*
Inflatable obstacle course is a fun filled obstacle course with a slide at the end .
*Requires minimum of 2 inflatable attendants.
Inflatable Attendant $12.50/hr
Zoo staff appointed to assist your guest entering and exiting the inflatable. Required the entire duration of inflation.
Animal Ambassador Program- Tier 1- 30 Minutes $75.00 This program includes 2-3 animals and an Education staff person stationed to answer questions and provide an up close animal encounter. Additional $25.00 fee assessed for any programs done after hours.
Animal Ambassador Program- Tier 2- 30 Minutes $175.00 This program includes 2-3 animals and an Education staff person to walkabout your group for an up close animal encounter. Additional $25.00 fee assessed for any programs done after hours.

This animal show would include 5-6 animals and a full presentation.

Dunk an Executive Balloon Burst $100.00
An animal themed balloon burst game. Have your executives sit in a chair and using a soft
sided soft ball try to hit the target and burst the balloon sitting above their head.
Includes set up, breakdown, and water filled balloons.

Includes 4-5 players in traditional dashikis playing acoustic drums. *2 hour minimum
