- Filip Forsberg recorded three points (1g-2a) on Thursday vs. Florida to push his team-leading point total to 22 (10g-12a). He has 18 points (6g-12a) in

his last 16 games and 11 points (4g-7a) in his last 10 contests.

- Thursday was his fifth multi-point game this season and second with at least three points. It was his 22nd career contest with at least three points; it

was also his 88th career multi-point effort, the fifth-most in team history. His next multi-goal game will be the 25th of his career, passing David Legwand

for the most in Predators history.

- This is his third career season posting at least 22 points in his first 23 individual games; he also did so in 2017-18 (11g-13a) and 2014-15 (10g-13a).

- Forsberg is second in franchise history in goals with 176. He sits behind only Legwand on the team’s all-time goals list; Legwand tallied 210 in 956

games with Nashville.

- Forsberg’s 175 goals since the start of the 2014-15 campaign – his first full NHL season – are tied for the 21st-most in the League in that time span.

second-most points in franchise history, Barkov ranks second on the Panthers this season in points (25) and even-strength points (15), is tied for first in

JONNY ON THE SPOT

EK'S GON' GIVE IT TO YA

Aaron Ekblad recorded a career-high four points (2-2-4) on March 4 vs. NSH, becoming the sixth defenseman in franchise history to record four points

in a game. Ekblad's two goals in the game were both scored on the power play, making him the fifth defenseman in club history to score twice on the

man advantage and the second to do so in a road game. His first PPG marked the 27th of his career, passing Robert Svehla (26) for the most power-

play goals by a Panthers defenseman all-time. Ekblad leads the Panthers with 529:47 total TOI and leads the club's defensemen in goals (8) and points

(15). The Panthers own a 93.9 5v5 SV% with Ekblad on the ice, the highest percentage among Panthers defensemen who have played at least 10

games. Ekblad's eight goals and five PPGs lead all NHL defensemen. 

FRANK THE TANK

Frank Vatrano enters tonight's game with three goals over his last four games. Each of his last three goals have been scored in the third period. He

scored a game-winning goal on Feb. 25 vs. DAL, a game-tying goal on Feb. 27 vs. CAR and another game-tying marker on March 1 vs. CAR.

logged seven takeaways over his last five games. All three of Luostarinen's goals this season have been scored in the third period. 

TOO MUCH TO YANDLE

The owner of the third-longest "Ironman" streak in NHL history (887), Keith Yandle is two games away from reaching his 1,000th NHL game. Upon

playing his 1,000th game, Yandle will become the fifth member of the 2005 NHL Draft class to reach 1,000 games and only the second defenseman to

do so. 

HORN SECTION

Patric Hornqvist ranks tied for first on FLA in goals (9) and has produced 19 points (9-10-19) in 22 GP with FLA this season. The two-time Stanley Cup

Champion has recorded four points (2-2-4) over his last four games. He leads all Panthers forwards with five power play goals and stands at second on

FLA in shots on goal (79). 

RETURN OF THE MACK

MacKenzie Weegar leads the Panthers with 445:53 total even strength TOI. Weegar's 10 even-strength points (1-9-10), leads all Panthers

defensemen. The 27-year-old leads the Cats with 24 blocked shots and ranks second on FLA with 55 hits and 500:23 total TOI.

CART ATTACK

Carter Verhaeghe enters tonight's game with three points (1-2-3) over his last four games. All eight of Verhaeghe's goals this season have been scored

Joel Quenneville was named head coach of the Florida Panthers on April 8, 2019. Quenneville has more than 20 years of NHL head coaching experience with the St. Louis Blues (1996-2004), Colorado Avalanche (2005-2008) andChicago Blackhawks (2008-2018) organizations. A native of Windsor, Ontario, Quenneville owns the second-most regular season wins as an NHL headcoach in NHL history.
