Terms of Our Executive Search & Placement Services are:

Data Bank Search : Our professional fee for selection through data bank is a %age of the annual gross salary for each selected candidate strictly to be paid within two weeks of joining which are applicable as follows :-

8.33 % of the CTC which consists of the Basic, HRA, Conveyance, etc etc :-If the selected candidate leaves on his own accord within three months of joining, there will be no fee for appropriate replacement, provided you inform us within a week of the candidate leaving your Company.

SERVICE CHARGES

A copy of the appointment letter along with a

detailed break up of remuneration package will be made available to us within three days of the candidate joining your organization.

If any candidate recommended by us join your organization within six months from the date of sending the Bio-Data’s and/or the first interview, you shall still be required to pay our professional fees, as applicable
