Subject: Regarding Enhancement/reconsideration of Salary.Sir,I
am working as Assistant Professor (Physics) in the department of
Applied Sciences in Sri Sai University. I am M.Phil , Ph. D in
Physics and I joined the university on 01/08/2014. I am getting Rs
25000/ whereas the fresher appointees who joined only this year or
last year with no experience are getting Rs. 30 000 or above. Even
after the completion of one year I have not been given any
increment.Besides this I was deputed on admission duty in Sujanpur,
where I fetched more than 20 admissions. I have been made Centre
Superintendent for examination. I have reported the same in the
month of January/2015, but no concrete action was taken. I am
submitting this letter as a reminder. Therefore I request you to
look into the matter and equate my salary with all my colleague
having Doctorate degree.
