Duties and Responsibilities I am able to maintain and troubleshoot, overhauling such as rig field machineries, responsible for the inspection, maintenance and field repair of all machinery and mechanical equipment on the rig, logistics equipment and camp in accordance with Company’s' Rig Management System (RMS). To ensure that all operation of machinery and mechanical equipment is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. To maintain all machinery and mechanical equipment on the rig and camp in accordance with Company's planned maintenance system sand to manufacturer's specifications. To carry out unscheduled repairs to machinery and mechanical equipment at the rig site and camp. To liaise with the Rig Manager, Driller and Electrician to schedule major overhauls of rig equipment. To ensure the availability of adequate spare parts for mechanical equipment through the inventory system, both for routine maintenance and to cover unscheduled maintenance or replacements Drawworks : National oil well E2000, E3000 daily routine checkup, monthly PMS task, lubrication

checkup, break adjustment, high low clutch checkup. Mudpumps : PZ-11, PZ-9, varco models daily routine checkup, monthly PMS task, lubrication checkup,

crosshead clearance checkup, ponyrod change, oil seal change, belt adjustment, crankcase oil checkup and change, oil pump pressure adjust and replacing. pressure relief valve repairing, water pump repairing, lubricating oil lines check up.

Topdrive system : National oil well PS150-Varco-11SA-Canrig-1050E, Daily routine check up, monthly PMS, grab and dyes changing, Gear oil changing, hydraulic oil changing.

Engines: Caterpillar engines 3512, 3456, 399, 3406, Perkins, Cummins - periodic maintenance and troubleshooting, daily routine check up, monthly PMS.

Kellyspinner : Varco maintenance and oil change. Air tugger : Ingersollrand maintenance and trouble shooting. Agitator : Brandit maintenance, gear oil checkup and changed, motor between gear-box coupling

alignment. Air compressor : Ingersollrand, Garnderdenver, sullair, maintenance and trouble shooting, belt changing,

hydraulic oil changing, filter changing. Dewatering pump : Deutz maintenance and trouble shooting, periodically services. Centrifugal pumps
