• Purpose: – Provides for goods and services required for each Midshipman Candidate (M/C)

such as textbooks and NAPS physical training gear.

– Provides opportunities for structured extra-curricular involvement such as the

Army Navy Game and the Graduation Ball.

• Amount: – $2,000 per M/C

– Paid through 8 monthly payroll deductions

– Scholarship awards may be applied

• Checks must be received from the awarding organization and made out to

“NAPS BAF”

– Unspent funds will be returned in form of “Yard Cards” during the fall of Plebe year
