Accidents at workplace can result in Fire, Explosion, Fatality, Asset

loss, Toxic release or Business interrup�on. Post loss assessments/

Accident inves�ga�ons are conducted to achieve the following

NAPESCO INDIA employs Inves�gators who have carried out

hundreds of accident inves�ga�ons in commercial and industrial

sectors across the globe in the past. The reports submi�ed by them

have been accepted by Statutory Authori�es and Corporate

Management. The techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, Tap Root

Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fish

Bone Analysis are used for the accident inves�ga�on. Suitable
