Surface Protector

Surface protector is a process of construction and connection to the surface of printed circuit boards during the soldering process to protect. This layer consists of in water dissolved, organic compounds that selectively on copper binding and this for example before oxidation protection.

The purpose of applying the coating may be decorative, functional, or both. The coating itself may be an all-over coating, completely covering the substrate, or it may only cover parts of the substrate.

Protective finishing coat

A protective finishing coat is a substance or chemical composition applied to the surface of an object that provides a barrier of protection from external elements. Polishes use a highly refined abrasive (generally finer than 4,000 grit) that is suspended in a liquid carrier. The polish wears away the surface to create a smooth surface. The smoother the surface the higher the resulting gloss or perceived "shine".

Industrial coating

An industrial coating is a paint or coating defined by its protective, rather than its aesthetic properties, although it can provide both. The most common use of industrial coatings is for corrosion control of steel structures such as offshore platforms, bridges and underground pipelines. Other functions include intumescent coatings for fire resistance. The most common polymers used in

industrial coatings are polyurethane, epoxy and moisture-cure urethane.

Cleaning

Protective coatings make some surfaces easier to clean by reducing the chances that materials such as dirt and dust will adhere to the object. Some objects stick to others. Nonstick protective coatings can prevent materials from sticking to each other or can at least make it easier to remove sticky substances.

The ADVANCED FORMULATION of NANOTECHNOLOGY creates a molecular structure which simply rejects adhesion by foreign bodies – providing a new age of ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, NON-TOXIC coatings which redefines the term “PROTECTION”.

Nano protech uses proprietary nanotechnology to create eco friendly sealers and coatings that deliver pure Performance on stone, concrete, wood, metal and more. Nano protech coatings are: biodegradable, low in Voc: 95 or less, acid and scratch resistant. Nano protective coatings are : 100% UV stable; clear and transparent; biodegradable; and low in voc. They are easy to Apply by spraying, rolling or brushing – almost anyone can do it and meet the highest environmental standards. Nano protective coatings are easy to apply and extremely cost effective with both material and labour Savings.
