Advantages of ta-C on Glass Lens Mold
• Best anti-corrosion property .
• Excellent Anti-Sticking properties, easy to release.
• Film thinner but harder,
• Excellent adhesion.
• Low wear rate and friction coefficient.
• No hydrogen carbon film, can withstand high working
temperature (up to 800 degree C) under low-oxygen(< 10ppm)
atmosphere.
• Easy to decoat as it is pure carbon coating without
metal seed layer, then recoat ta-C film, enable to recycle
the mold.
• To maintain accuracy (< 0.15um) on aspherical surface
after long run production.
