Nancy Summers is a California Certified General Appraiser with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She serves as a staff appraiser in the Real Estate Services Department of San Bernardino County, the largest County in the United States. She is also an experienced review appraiser and has a background in environmental analysis, land use planning, and GIS. Nancy is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor. She operates as a California accredited course provider, dba Valuadora offering small format, live classes with the mission to inspire others with a love of appraisal. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from California State University, Long Beach and is completing a Master’s Degree in Education with Western Governors University. Nancy is a member of and occasional facilitator with the Victor Valley chapter of REAA.
