Mr. Tozier was then emplOYed by the New Entd..S Insurance Exchange lor ·five years in ratTni and inspections. In 1922 be joined the ,Firemen's Fund's Waterville office. He joined the Insurance Company of Nortb America in 1926 as state agent, traveling extensively throughout the state and moved his family here. He retin!d as state agent in January of 1960.

During the 1970 National Census he was a co· ordinator and directed training of census worker lfOUps.

t.fr. Tozier was a member of the Augusta Rotary Club and the Aupsta Kiwanis Club. He was a 50-year member.df Waterville Lodge, AF &AM. .

He is survived by bis wile of 81 years, Mrs. Helen Kidder Tozier of Portland; two daughters,
