Financial Literacy
JA empowers students to make smart, lifelong financial choices. Through our financial literacy programs, students learn how to create and manage wealth. They develop skills in areas such as budgeting, investing, and creating financial plans.
Entrepreneurship
JA inspires youth to start their own businesses, create jobs, and contribute to the American economy. In our entrepreneurship programs, students learn how to create business plans, innovate, manage teams, and take a new product to market.
Work Readiness
Our work readiness programs give students invaluable career-building skills that they canuse throughout their lives.Students learn how tocommunicate, network,interview for jobs andcollaborate with diverse groupsof people to achieve commongoals.

OVERVIEW The Junior Achievement Investor Challenge (JAIC) is an exciting and educational “hands-on” introduction to the stock market.
Four hundred high school students are given the chance to experience the excitement of buying and selling stock shares on a live trading floor. Each team of four students is paired with an advisor from the business community.
Two months of trading will be simulated in only two hours, and the top three teams with the highest net-worth at the end of trading will be awarded JA Investor Challenge Medals. The top team will receive the JAIC Traveling Trophy to display at their school for 1 year.
The JA Investor Challenge provides a unique opportunity for students to learn how to work as a team, make decisions under pressure, and take calculated risks.
This event is an experiential learning opportunity that correlates to Oklahoma
Financial Literacy Standard, “Saving & Investing.” Students learn the risks of investing
in the stock market and learn about other investing options.

2018 JAIC SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES This Junior Achievement program is funded through individual gifts, corporate
sponsorships, and in kind donations. All sponsorships include 2 passes for your company
to attend the event! (Lunch included) All proceeds from the JA investor Challenge will
benefit Junior Achievement of Oklahoma, Inc. a 501c (3) company. Sponsorships are tax
