CANCELLATION FEES
Kindly email the organizer for any cancellation or replacement. An administrative cost of 50% will be forfeited upon cancellation received one (1) month prior to the symposium. Cancellation less than one (1) month will be fully forfeited. Substitutions are allowed at no extra charge, but the organizer would appreciate earlier notification. The organiser reserves the right without prior notice, to make alterations to the programme or find replacement speakers as it deems fit.

SCOPUS INDEXING
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding with ISBN. The selected high quality papers which has been reviewed and presented at the conference will be published in Planning Malaysia Journal indexed by SCOPUS (Terms and Condition Applied).
LOCAL SESSION
This session allows for paper submission and presentation in Bahasa Malaysia. Submission must follow the full paper requirement. Papers submitted for this session will be excluded from SCOPUS indexing.

INDUSTRY SESSION
The Industry Session is a programme with participation from panellist and/or presenters that are established experts in the subject(s) of discussion with focus on industry practices. This session provides opportunities to academicians and researchers to interact with industry professionals to narrow the gap between the academic and industry sectors.
IRERS 2020 will introduce new initiative in the industry session to attract more local participants. The programme will be conducted in two (2) separate sessions which are in English and local language, Bahasa Malaysia. The session are scheduled as follows;
24th March 2020 (Tuesday)• Industry Session 1
Topic: Real Estate Commercialisation
25th March 2020 (Wednesday)• Industry Session 2 (Local Language)
Topic: Teknologi Maklumat dalam Bidang Harta Tanah
RESEARCH CLINIC
INSPEN wish to invite postgraduate students and researchers to have a session with our collaborators and experts to discuss matters relating to your thesis / research project. The session will consist of 10 minutes presentation and 10 minutes discussion / feedback for each participant. Research Clinic is exclusively for masters and doctorate students only. It is limited to first 50 registrants.
POSTER COMPETITION
Poster competition was first introduced in IRERS 2012. This competition is for presenters to display their research in poster format. There will be award presentation for the best three posters selected by independent juries. This is an opportunity to display your research and obtain recognition for your work.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
IRERS sponsorship program provides an opportunity to gain goodwill and receive recognition at the conference.
