Recommended Use(s) and Comments:

1. Large County Owned building on site (see photo) that should either be used for private rentals for community use or subdivided and sold.

2. Commercial Kitchen off limits for private uses, ample space for residential refrigerator if needed.

3. The primary use at this facility has been senior meals and is only occupied between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. M-F.

4. A veteran volunteer maintains primary control of activity within the building during the open hours of operation.

5. The addition of a computer lab at this center may bring added benefits 6. A billiard table is in the non-dining area of the facility but does not seen to be

heavily used.
