Marubun can provide a lineup of measurement instruments for airborne
use and measurement instruments for ground test use for airplane flight
tests.
For the sensors we handle, Marubun possesses its own calibration
equipment in Japan̶equivalent to the manufacturers’̶in order to
provide quick calibration services inside Japan.
Marubun allocates a salesperson exclusively for each type of equipment.

Turbine blades are in 3-dimensional complex configurations, thin,
and easily deformed. This is why high-level production techniques
are required to make tools used in turbine blade grinding. Testing
and measurement gauges used on turbine blades after the
grinding process require even more advanced techniques such as
high-precision positioning.
Capable of precision grinding for high-precision gauges and
masters, such as serration gauges with 0.002 degrees of contour.
Equipped with a full lineup of electric discharge machines, allowing
us to perform machining in unconventional gauge configurations.
Capable of making products of uniform quality in batches of 100,
such as stress-rupture test specimens for aerospace equipment.
