CAUSES FOR PREPARING THE PROPOSAL
USE FERTILE LAND OF UNIVERSITY;
International Islamic University is a university which is
recognized by HEC and has at least 700 acre area. Most of the
area of university is remain vain and unused which is caused to
increase in dust and pollution. Unnecessary herbs and allergic plants
are grow which leads to increase in pollen allergy this effects on
increase in disease to students specially hostel living students.
INCREASE NO. OF HOSTELS;
In every semester there is approximately 10% increase of
student in the university and 6% of them are belong out side the twin
cities and never afford the hostel and rent houses out the university.
3
Due to increase in student there is also increase in the no. of hostels in
the university which leads to the environment, sewerage problems in
university. The student in hostel wanted to have the clean environment
where they feel like their own home.
INCREASE NUMBER OF BUSSES;
In our university there are 66 busses which pick and drop the
students in different parts of twin cities and taxila also. The operation of
such a large no. of buses look like the view of BUS ADDA they have
their key role to increase the dust in the surrounding of university.
3
SEVERE TEMPRATURE IN SUMMER AND WINTER;
There is the severe weather in the winter and summer also due
to removal of tree. In summer there is 45dcg in day which is very
extreme and in winter there is 00dcg in night which is continued in
whole season. The main reason of that inadequacy of sufficient tree and
other grass. In July and August although the university is closed but
those student who take their remaining subjects they used to studies
regularly so they have suffer much under such weather where the sun is
on its peak.

CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
1.1 DEFINITION OF FRUITS
DICTIONARY MEANINGS
The sweet and fleshy product of a tree or other plant that contains seed and can be eaten as food. ACCORDING TO BOTANY SUBJECT. The seed bearing structure of a plant e.g. an acorn
In common language fruit normally means the fleshy seed-associated structures of a plant that are sweet and edible in the raw state, such as apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, and apricot. We know that all the fruits have its own importance and benefits but in our proposal we only considered the 3fruits (apple, pear, apricot).
1.2 CHARACTERISTICS OF FRUITS(apple pear apricot)
Provide nutrition’s to human body. Benefits are different for different age groups.
3
Used in different ways (milkshakes jam or in dishes). Reflects the true colures of nature and life.
Best way to use fertile land. Good business for earning revenue.
Versatile in respect to its taste. Normally it requires short span of time for its cultivation.
3
1.3 DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VEGETABLES AND FRUITS
Vegetable normally refers to the leafy green, stem, root or even flower stalk portion of an edible plant. It is a generic term and used interchangeably. Fruit on the other hand are specific, they are the swollen (normally, but not always ripe) ovary of a plant and contain seeds.
Some fruit which we eat such as bananas do in fact have seeds in them, although the seeds never mature and banana plants very rarely grow from a banana. Other fruit though, such as apples, pears, avocado etc. do produce viable seed which can produce a new plant if collected, planted and germinated.
Examples of vegetables include: carrot, potato, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower
Examples of fruit include: peach, pear, cherry, orange, apple, banana, Mellon, eggplant, tomato 1.4 SCOPE OF THE PROPOSAL The aim of preparing this proposal is to know the fruits benefit its cultivation cost and possible advantages of different walks of life. The location of the fruit’s cultivation is INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD.
The place has been selected to clean the university atmosphere and gibe the good impression to outsiders. The area of the land covers all major roots of university. The land is uneven and which needs to be leveled.
3
This procedure requires minimum 1month and sowing work is started when the university Admn approve this land for cultivation. The minimum time period for the completion of the project will be 6 months. Though the cost of the project will be very high but its expected outcomes will be much higher in respect to its social effect financial effect and environmental etc.
1.5 WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
The work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is used to make complex projects proposals more manageable and with suitable time:-
Acquiring Land.
Removal of herbs.
Making the land with tractors.
Install tube wells.
Construct small canals.
Purchase of Seeds.
Sowing the seeds in line wise.

Due to way wait lost quality people are looking forward for that quality to come back into the market. Students also want a place where they can get everything “from fun to rest”. This area meets too many students’ couples, staffs, visitors and teachers as well.

CHAPTER 5
CONCLUSION
After discussing the introduction, cost and market analysis we have concluded that INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY is a recognized university his main aim is to provide qualitative education to its matriculates. After view all aspect of the proposal we suggested that the university administration should take steps for the growing of apple pear and apricot. This will encourage students to participate in the healthy activities and give impression to healthy life. However it is essential that the good top management personnel for the entire unit carry out their responsibilities in well manner. when every individual gave its 100% the project will be get their targeted objective and collective efforts will be flourished in well way.
The aim of our proposal is; “TO KEEP OUR UNIVERSITY’S ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY AND MAKE IT A FRUIT GARDEN”
The only thing we have to keep in mind is the name of our university and its standard. We have to maintain our reputation by maintaining the quality of education and fruits. We will try our level best to convene the executive staff and get the budget so that we are able to flourish our hidden interest to that part of nature.
We know that nothing is perfect in this universe so if you some weaken points in our proposal then please inform us because we are in a learning stage where these mistakes are allowed.
Thank you for giving us confidence for preparing the proposal regarding such project.
