• Most people don’t know how the Region serves the areas, or how we manage our money

• Would like to see: more protection from 13th steppers, inappropriate behaviour, more step meetings

• Who's missing from our meetings: old timers and young people, travellers, women with clean time, foreign nationals

• PR work: more advertising, more speaking engagements, information DVD

• H&I: For it to continue to grow – there are still many institutions without activity
