Suitable for installation mostly for power supplystations, in
indoors and in cable ducts, outdoors,underground, and in water as
well as for installationon cable trays for industries,
switch-boards and power stations. Due to the good laying
characteristics, thiscan also be laid easily in difficult line
guideways.See DIN VDE 0298 part 1 .To avoid the influence of the
outer interferences, anadherent semi conductive layer is extruded
betweenthe conductor and the VPE insulation and also aconcentric
copper conductor wich guarantees thefield-limitation and the
resistance to the partialdischarges 2 pC by a measuring volt of 2 U
.
To guarantee an optimum on operating reliabilitythe extruded
semi-conductive layer is spliced withthe insulation for long
duration.For this reason we reccomend a peeling tool
for installation.
