TOPOGRAPHYAccording to the USGS Buda Quadrangle, this tract has gentle slopes from a high point elevation of approximately +/- 750 feet above MSL located at the northeast corner to a low point elevation of approximately +/- 720 feet above MSL located at the southwest corner. According to an SCS Hays County soil survey, the tract consists of mainly Houston
Black Clay and Heiden Clay, with some Tinn Clay and Altoga Silty Clay.
IMPERVIOUS COVERThis site is currently undeveloped. Impervious cover limits vary depending on zoning usage. The table below summarizes limits for the zoning classifications described in the City of Buda Unified Development Code.
