This state of the art machine has an on board computer that sets to the required datum points. Its telescopic boom will then go out over the concrete and screed it back to the correct level.
Levels are automatically re-checked and verified throughout the pour. The process will then continue from left to right until the entire surface of the floor is screeded and the Laser screed reverses out of the entrance door.
Once the concrete has stiffened, a powerfloat finish can be immediately applied, thus giving an immaculate finish like no other!

n Polished concrete floors are considered low-maintenance floors, as they are more durable,easier to clean than many other flooring options.
n Polished concrete is considered a good sustainable flooring option because it makes use of the materials already present. It is considered a greener solution compared to anything else, and will even help reduce the use of electricity because of the high reflectivity of the floor-surface.
n Polished concrete help to eliminate dust and allergen problems when used with the Becosan® Densifier, and does not support growth of mould.
n Polished concrete flooring is very hard wearing and will not peel, chip or flake like other surfaces such as epoxy coatings, painted floors etc.
