The prize is four tickets to a Red Sox-Yan- kees daytime game, taking place on Monday, August 21 at 1:05 p.m. This is the last sched- uled game at Fenway with the Yankees this year. The seats are located in Section 30, first row of the grandstand, and are numbered 17- 18-19-20. Tickets are being sold at three for $25; enter this raffle by making a donation (e-gift) to Privé’s PMC account (GP0009) or by visit- ing his Web site at www.pmc-nh.org and clicking on either “contribute” or “PMC secured e-gift.” The Jimmy Fund supports the fight against cancer in children and adults at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, help- ing to raise the chance of survival for cancer patients around the world. CARB UP AT SPAGHETTI SUPPER GREENLAND | The 16th annual Jason Hussey Road Race will take place on Satur- day, July 15 at Greenland town common. To help runners prepare for the race, Boy Scout Troop 158 of Portsmouth and Green- land will serve a “Carb-Up Spaghetti Din- ner” on Friday, July 14 beginning at 5 p.m. The price is $5 per person and $20 per family for a complete meal and beverage. Runners in the Jason Hussey Road Race can register and/ or pick up their T-shirts at the dinner, which will take place in the Greenland Parrish Hall located on Post Road next to the library in Greenland. CLASSES AT ACCENT IN GLASS HAMPTON | Accents in Glass, located at 70 High Street in Hampton is offering classes during the month of July. Beginning Stained Glass workshops are scheduled for Thursday, July 20 from 5-9 p.m.; and Saturday, July 22 and 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Stepping Stones classes will be offered on Saturday, July 15 from 9-11 a.m. and on Wednesday, July 19 from 6-8 p.m. The fee for the beginner stained glass class is $99, plus tools and materials. BRENTWOOD | A manaccused of cremating bodieswithout authorization at aSeabrook Crematorium wasback in Rockingham CountySuperior Court on Fridayrequesting the withdrawalof the guilty plea he enteredin March.

James Fuller, of 140-BCentennial St. in Seabrook,said he did not fully under-stand the charges againsthim, that he was in a state of

anxiety when he filed hisplea on March 3, and that heunder stress to put thewhole thing behind him.

“The way I understood,the felony counts were goingaway and I’d be pleadingguilty to misdemeanors,”Fuller said. “He said I wasfacing state prison, thatthere was a plea on the tableand if I didn’t take it I wasgoing to face a lot more.”

Fuller told RockinghamSuperior Court Judge TinaNadeau that his former

attorney, Steven Colella, didnot explain the charges tohim or the charges that theycarried. He added he onlymet with Colella on threeoccasions totaling no morethan hour about the case.Attorney Stephen Jeffco nowrepresents Fuller.

On March 3, Fuller plead-ed guilty to both misde-meanor and felony chargesand faced a maximum of 12months in prison. The for-mer Bayview Crematoriumemployee was charged with
