Patrick Byrne, visionary, Sunday, 29 April, marks the 75th anniversary of thedeath of Patrick Byrne of Carrowmore, one of theofficial witnesses to the Apparition of 1879. Just 16at that time, he lived to the age of 80 and testifiedat both Commissions of Enquiry. He is buried in theold section of Knock graveyard and will be remembered at 9.00am Mass in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel on the day.
