A L7-year-old man of rrany names was held here yesterday in a passport

fraul case that apparently baffled even the FBI and the State Department

Pure chance brought his arrest His suitcase bad gone astray am airline

employees seeking to identify it found it contained three different passgtorts-shy

all with the sare photograph

He was booked as Frarcis Parker Yockey a cum laude law graduate of

Notre Dame ani held here [hile Federal officials sOl~ght to have an exceptionally

high bail of $50000 set There are lots of unanswered questions and ve

want to be sure he III be arouni to answer them It one official said

He had aJr eady made one violent attempt to escape when first being

questioned at the home of an unidentified friend in Oakland FBI agents

The case of the straying suitease began on Sunday when Yockey arrived

in Oakland to visit his friend--unnamed because FBI agents believe he was

not involved in any fraud

Yockey discovered one bag was missing fran his luggage ani telephoned

missing bag ani opened it to identify it
