myRPS Portal
Welcome to the myRPS Portal!This web-based portal provides access to information regarding your organization as well as insured policy data:
• E&O and Licensing
• Recent submissions, documents and invoices
• Monthly Statements
• Expiring Policies
• Reports
• Policy Documents
To access the myRPS Portal go to my.RPSins.com
Login using email and password created for you by your portal administrator or RPS Customer Care.
Landing PageOur newly redesigned landing page serves as your centralized location for all RPS sites, navigation and product search options.
Use the navigation bar to access:
• RPS Small Business - our exclusive E-Commerce portal to rate, quote, and bind products in 5 minutes or less
• myRPS - the web-based portal covered in this brochure
• RPSins.com - the main public-facing RPS website
• Quotes - view your active quotes with RPS
• Policies - information on policies you have bound via our E-Commerce portal*
• Our Products - quote industry-leading offerings
*Currently provides Builder’s Risk and Homeowner’s Insurance policy information only; more policy access to come

Home ScreenClick “myRPS” in the top navigation bar. On the Home screen you will find:
1. Top menu options allow for different functions depending on which menu options are available
2. Side menu options for viewing different insured policy information
3. Important messages from RPS
4. Your organization information
5. Recent Activity – Five most recently invoiced items with an option to See all Open Invoices
6. Report options
Navigating the Portal – Throughout the different screens you have the Return to Report option or the Home Page option to return to previous screens.

Side Menu OptionsRecent Policies In-force - List of five most recent policies in-force with an option to See all Policies
Recent Submissions – List of five most recent submissions with an option to See all Recent Submissions
Recent Documents – List of five most recent documents with an option to See more Documents
Expiring Policies – List of five most recent expiring policies with an option to See all Expiring Policies
Statements – List of five most recent monthly statements with an option to See all Statements

Top Menu OptionsMy Organization – Menu option to view or update the agency organization information
General/E&O Info Tab – View and Update E&O and W-9 Information. View and Update Users and choose Document Delivery Settings.

View Users – Add, Edit and Delete myRPS users and Permissions
User administration within customer organization where a new user can be added, the password can be changed for an existing user or a welcome email can be sent.
Add a New User – Allows the administrator from within the organization to add a new user for that organization to access the Portal. Users must first be added as a contact.
Complete the necessary fields to create the new user.
Roles – Determine what role the new user will have
Select Save User

Entity Licenses Tab – View and Update Entity Licenses
Individual Licenses Tab – View and Update Individual Licenses in the Organization
Contacts – View Contacts for Organization
Documents & Images – View and Add or Delete Organization documents. For example, W-9, E&O, Licenses
Update My Info – Select menu options for organizational change requests, not individual policy requests: New, Open, Closed

Producer ID – Automatically appears
Action – Choose Action to Add/Update or Deactivate
Request Type – Choose the Request Type: Agency License, E&O, Individual Agent License and W-9 Form. The screen will expand to allow for entry of details for request type and adding necessary documents.
Comments – Enter any necessary Comments
Select Save Changes

Open Change Requests – View any Change Requests created for Customer Organization with option to Add a New Change Request
Choose Status Option to view: Any, Open, Close
Choose from My Change Requests or All Agency Change Requests
Select Date Range to view or select from: Last Month, This Month, Next Month, Last Year, This Year, Next Year and Clear
Select Search
Closed Change Requests – View any Change Requests created for Customer Organization with option to Add a New Change Request
Choose Status Option to view: Any-Open-Close:
Choose from My Change Requests or All Agency Change Requests
Select Date Range to view or select from: Last Month, This Month, Next Month, Last Year, This Year, Next Year and Clear
Select Search
Policies – View policies placed with RPS with filter options. To use the filter option, enter the desired filter information and tab out of the field to see the filtered information.
Click on the magnifying glass beside the policy to view policy detail information.
Policy Detail Information – Different information available in each tab
Policy Detail Information Screen – The policy detail information screen opens on the General Information tab. Certain tabs only appear if there is information for the tab. For example if there is a schedule added to the policy, the schedule tab will appear.

Schedules tab – Only appears if a schedule is added to the policy
Limits & Deductibles tab – View policy limits and deductible
Accounting Summary tab – Provides Policy Accounting Information with Policy Accounting Detail at the bottom of the screen
Policy Documents – View documents associated with the policy with the ability to download and print. Download selected button allows for downloading multiple documents if available.

Statements – View Open Invoices, Monthly Statements and Policy Detail Information
Open Invoices tab – Options at bottom of Invoice tab to Export invoices to PDF or Excel
Click on the magnifying glass beside the policy to view policy detail information.

Statements Tab – View and Download any statement
Reports – When selecting Report menu option, the list of Report options appears
Report appears with options to Export to a PDF or Excel document
