I take charge of produce detail designs for the product and plan
for the productions. Also
purchase the raw materials and the manufacturing, testing
and shipping of the product. Itincludes the study of methods,
techniques, procedures and equipment tip; research work
necessary measures, as well as the physical layout of the
plant.

I am in charge of perform human resource management, overseeing
various aspects of
employment, such as a compliance with labour law and employment
standards,administration of employee benefits and some aspects of
recruitment and dismassal.
