The location of Kampung Pajeksan is very strategic It is situated just 300m from Malioboro Street where Malioboro Street is one of the most busy place in Jogjakarta.

Even this village is situated near Malioboro Street that very famous all around the world,the village development are very poor.The village is like left abandoned by the government.The culture inside Pajeksan is hidden by the famous and well-known Malioboro Street

THE IDEA OF CULTURE CONSERVATION ISEMBEDDED IN THE AIM OF THIS DESIGN. THE COMMUNITY WILL STILL PRACTICING THEIR CULTURE EVEN THEY ARE LIVING IN THE HEART OF A CITY. THERE ARE POTENTIAL CULTURAL VALUES SPOTTED IN BETWEEN HOUSES AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF INJECTING URBAN CULTURAL VALUE INTO KAMPUNG PAJEKSAN IS VERY HIGH.
THE HARMONIC CONVERGENCE IS FORM BASED ON THE INTERLOCKING OF THREE FILLED OUT STRATEGIES. FIRST STRATEGY IS TO INTRODUCE THE ART KNOWLEDGE TO THE LOCAL RESIDENTS AND TOURISTS. THERE WILL BE STUDIOS/WORKSHOPS (GAMELAN, KETHOPRAK, BATIK PROCESS-ING, WAYANG KULIT AND ETC).
SECONDLY, THIS HARMONIC CONVERGENCE VILLAGE IS AIMED TO BE A BUSINESS HUB. THE LOCAL RESIDENTS WILL BE EXPOSED IN MARKETING KNOWLEDGE WHERE THEY WILL BE MARKETING THEIR OWN ART PRODUCTS. AS LOCAL COMMUNITY, THEY ARE GRANTED FOR HAVING THEIR OWN COMMERCIAL ZONE TO COMMERCIALISE THE ART PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEMSELVES. INDIRECTLY, THIS WILL BE GIVING THE INCOME OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCALS.
THE LAST STRATEGY IS BY ORGANIZING LIVE PERFORMANCES IN THIS VILLAGE. THERE WILL BE VARIETIES OF CULTURE PERFORMANCES SUCH AS GAMELAN, KETHOPRAK, WAYANG KULIT.
ALL THESE STRATEGIES ARE PROPOSED TO BE SETTING IN THE EXISTING STREETS.THE STREETS (MAIN ACCESS FOR PAJEKSAN VILLAGERS) WILL BE UTILIZED TO ACCOMMODATE ALL PROPOSED PROGRAMMES AND ALSO FUNC-TIONED AS INTERACTION DEVICE BETWEEN THE LOCAL RESIDENTS.

Well carry our own medical records with us, access diagnosis and treatment suggestions, have the ability to be directly and immediately in touch with caregivers, which will help us achieve healthy outcomes Applications are being developed for the treatment of chronic diseases and for rehabilitation that will combine entertainment and medical care.
ISSUE & DILEMMAEventhough the medical technologies is improved around the world, the increasing of technology can cause a traumatic experience through a hardship life. As example, Japan the most advanced country in the world have an issue to be the most high sucide rate in the world. Europe, and America also have been listed with the most high citizen with a mental disorder.
In this years, in Malaysia about 10% of Malaysian Citizen have been effect by mental illness problem. If this not been solve, by 2113 Malaysia through a technology geeks, Malaysia also can be effected and been list.

HYPOTHESISThe question is, are patient getting sick or cured in hospital? Especially for people who have long term sickness like mental illness. They are isolated from the world. The concept of Therapeutic urbanism is about create a healing space within the environment.
The first level is to help individuals with persistent and serious mental illness to develop the emotional, social and intel-lectual skills needed to live, learn and work in the community with the least amount of professional support and a through the enviroment space. It will enabling persons with persistent and serious mental illness to live a normal life in the community it will shift away from an illness model towards a model of functional disability
The second level is by using the environment and urban fabric surrouding, it has a community that will accept the individ-ual, and heal them within the environment. It wil heal base on the individual problem. The Physical Therapy, Recreational therapy, Spritual Therapy and Art therapy environment wil a play role as concept for the Therapeutic urbanism.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
This report aim to explain overall services and re requirement concept for the HIGH RISE PROJECT for ADVANCE DESIGN PROJECT 2- Master of Architecture as given the lot from the Urban Design at Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
This project is part of masterplan two, site at sentul near the YTL development. This project is proposing a new Samsung Tower oce which target the international bisness and local people. The size is 2.5 acres.
The main objective of the report is to :
1. Deliver the explationation of the services and re requirements part of the project 2. Propose the sucient re requirements for the project.3. To understand the services and re requirement in designing a building.

2.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND
2.1 THE PROJECT
2.2 CLIENT PROFILESamsung Electronics is part of one of the largest multi-billion dollar corporations in the world. In 2007 it exceeded the $100bn mark in annual sales for the first time in its history. This makes it one of the world's top three companies in the electronics industry where only two other companies, Siemens and Hewlett-Packard, have posted larger revenues. The name Samsung literally means three stars or tristar in Korean, reflecting the Samsung Groups dominance in two further sectors: Samsung Heavy Industries and Samsung Engineering and Construction. If you are talking innovation in Samsung walks the walk and is now the established leader in consumer electronics, providing a range of leading-edge premi-um products and, in their own words, leading the digital convergence revolution. In so doing Samsung has made a remark-able transformation from copy-cat manu-facturer to become Asia's most valuable technology company.
The proposed master plan setting is locat-ed in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, specifical-ly in the northen boundary of Kuala Lum-purs city centre. The site is situated inside Sentul-Manjalara district, one of the 6 district included in the federal territory. It is also one of the largest district with an area of 46.098km. With reference to the KL Structure Plan 2020, Sentul Manjalara is the 2nd most populated district in Kuala Lumpr with a total population of 445,025 people and the recorded density of 9,645 person/sqm. The actual setting is located in the southern region of Sentul Manjalara district, directly on the city centre boundary which possess a direct gateway into the city centre. The proposed setting has been identified and it posess a total area of 8.872km and a density rate of 35 person/sqm.

1) Services part- Serving for samsung tower maintanance workers and reman, not for the main worker.
2) Lift core ( main )- Serving for the podium and oce tower till top .
CENTRAL CORE CONFIGURATIONBy providing a central core conguration with one service core at the side, the oor for oce can easily divided to the units while in the same time maximizing the building eciency and also maximizing the view for the hotel room

The building is designed with the appliance of remen requirements and accordingly tothe clauses from the Uniform Building By-Law 1984 which include the clauses, 134, 196,197, 200, 201, and 202. Recalled the old days, children like to walk around the village to enjoy the beauty of nature, they were running, climbing trees, playing beside the river while breathing fresh air as if they were their own world. They were free to do anythingthey want.
But now, they are trapped between the natural and the modern world. Internet becoming their games, virtual games to be crazed by them. This unhealty lifestyle causes obesity among them.
ZIG ZAG is designed not as an odinary children resourcecentre. Through interaction, the children are able to experience the concept of vernacular architecture from the malay kampung house and it surrounding - the nature playground, an ecological picnic and friendly to the enviroment. ,making ZIG ZAG comfortable for teaching the children through nature and educate themto have good healty life
The ZIG ZAG is built using natural materials like timber, steel and concrete. The wall is designed as a louver to allow good ventilation keeping the building in a suitable comfort level.

The idea of proposing urban development in the area is to build a sustainable city where there isenvironmentally and socially sustainable . It is to promote a green mindset and raise public awareness about health.Centralizing the park between the blocks will be the main focal point of the development. It takes consideration of suitable sidewalks, gather spaces, views etc. Rearrange the blocks and site planning and provides more green spaces to encourage them exercise. The New Rifle Range will present the quality of better l ife to make the place feel safe and healthier l iving.
Rifle Range Flat built in 1969 was Penang first low cost project used the precast concrete elements to construct mass houses.The name Rifle Range was given because of the site was used for target practices. The site is located in Georgetown,Penang at the junction of Jalan Padang Tembak with Jalan Boundary(Jalan Sempadan) next to it is Batu Gantong Chinese Cemetery. Rifle Range flats consist of 9 blockseach blocks is 17 to 18 storey with 24 units at each level with a total of 3,699 units and more than15,000residents. There are one market complex , which has public library and a community hall. On the right of the wet market is the longest hawker complex in Penang.
SETTING
ISSUESChinese Cemetery is a recreation centre for Rifle Range community. It shows that there are lack of basic amenities such as halls, playground , or even car parking.Basically ,they need more facilities, or just parks with trees to climb, fresh air to breathe, grass to run and play in.
