Glory Be to the FatherGlory be to the Father

and to the Son

and to the Holy Spirit,

as it was in the beginning

is now, and ever shall be

world without end. Amen.

PrayerMy Sacred SelfBe still and know that God is with you always.

Take a moment to think of how your life has changed over the last year.

Do you live in a new place? Do you have new friends?

Tell God about one life change for which you are grateful. Is there a

change that has been hard? Tell God about that, too. Know that he

listens to you and loves you.

Tell God anything else that is on your mind about changes in your life.

Listen in your heart to him. Ask him to help you remember that you can

turn to him in good times and in difficult times.

Close by praying the Glory Be to the Father.

Mi naturaleza sagradaGuarda silencio y ten en cuenta de que Dios está siempre contigo.

Dedica un momento a pensar en cómo ha cambiado tu vida durante el

último año. ¿Vives en un sitio nuevo? ¿Tienes nuevos amigos?

Háblale a Dios sobre un cambio en tu vida por el que estás agradecido.

¿Hay algún cambio que se te ha hecho difícil? Dícelo a Dios, también.

Recuerda que él te escucha y te ama.

Cuéntale a Dios cualquier otro cambio que este sucediendo en tu vida.

Escúchalo en tu corazón. Pídele que te ayude a recordar que puedes

recurrir a él, siempre, en los malos momentos y en los buenos.

Termina rezando el Gloria al Padre.
