HOW TO ADD A MEMBER
Click on Add/edit/remove member

3 Click on Add Members.
Go to rotary.org and sign in to MyRotary. Then go to Manage,
then Club Administration.

Click Continue if you are adding
someone who is not in Rotary’s database.
4 First, click Search for an existing member to see if the new member is already in Rotary’s database (e.g., transferring member from another club or if you know that the new member has been a Rotaractor or alumni before.
5 Enter known information
and click Submit.
The system will search
for matching records.
Complete the required fields and click Save and Continue. You have
successfully added a new member.

Transferring members can only be admitted to your club the day after their former club terminated their membership in MyRotary. Members who have not yet been
terminated by their former club cannot be admitted as an active member until this is done.
Once the search results appear, click
on the person’s name for the person you want to add, and click Add member
and Update Contact.

HOW TO REMOVE A MEMBER
Click on Add/edit/remove member.

3 Find the member’s name on your list, and click Terminate.
Click Continue if you are adding someone who is not in Rotary’s database.
Go to rotary.org and sign in to MyRotary. Then go to Manage,
then Club Administration.

Select the reason you are removing the member
and enter the termination date. Then click
Terminate.

Once you click Terminate, you will get this message
confirming that the member was removed.
Click OK.

HOW TO EDIT MEMBER INFORMATION
Click on Add/edit/remove member

3 Click on Edit next to the member’s name.
Click Continue if you are adding someone who is not in Rotary’s database.
Go to rotary.org and sign in to MyRotary. Then go to Manage,
then Club Administration.

5 Make additional changes or confirm and click Save Changes.
Use this to edit member contact information.

HOW TO PAY YOUR INVOICE

Go to rotary.org and sign in to MyRotary. Then go to Manage,
then Club Administration.
CLUB INVOICE
Scroll down on Club Administration page and select Pay or view
club invoice.

Select your payment currency and select Continue to payment page to enter
your credit card information.

select Continue.

UPDATING CLUB OFFICER INFORMATION
Note: Club President, Secretary, Executive Secretary, Treasurer, Foundation Chair, Membership Chair are all able to update club officer information
ADD A NEW CLUB OFFICER
1. From Club Administration shown above under , click

current club members.

3. Click Add to select a member as an officer.
4. Click Edit Contact Info to update this member’s contact information. Click on Add Current Officer or Add Incoming Officer to assign his/her year in office.
5. Use the drop down menus to indicate the member's Position and the Start Date and End Date of the term. Click on Submit to finish this appointment.
6. Click to go back to the Update Club Data main page.

1. Under Current Officers, you will see information about your current club officers. Click on Edit Contact Info to update their contact information.
2. Click on Edit Term to change current officers’ terms of office. To remove an officer completely, click on Remove.
3. To view open club officer positions for the current Rotary year, click .
