Special projects experience involving recurring incremental receivables met or exceeded the original projects goal and was utilized as a company standard for 10+ years ago. Project management experience converting potential out state retail customers. This outcome met our non-traditional customer's needs and the procedure was adopted company wide as an alternate payment method for all contracted sales, lease-purchase, and rental contracts. We developed a hierarchy of existing pc terminals that controls access to higher business functions, while at the same time lowering the cost of and need for many Internet and intranet related updates. This required little or no additional employee training. Further, we strengthened our customer database security by physically and virtually isolating it from common threats to which it need not be exposed. Our teams efforts resulted in subtle but specific changes in how the company processed credit card transactions, accessed the Internet, managed email, and secured customer database records. Multiple and similar special projects experiences using predictive analytics. WI extracted relevant customer data from databases not previously used for this purpose to maximize marketing efforts.
