I aspire for a career that provides me with opportunities to utilize and

WORK EXPERIENCE:
1 Working as MIS Executive in Bank Nizwa, Muscat (Oman) from January
2014 to till date.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
o Receiving the files/documents from the Branches/CIU and arranging
the files for Processing by central operations.
o Sanity Check of the files / documents received and providing the
acknowledgement.
o Updating the status of each file and arranging them as per their
statuses.
o Follow up with the vendors and Branches for LPO confirmations.
o Dispatching the reviewed contracts, delivery order, LPO, Mortgage
Letter and other agreements / contracts to branches.
o Updating the status of Assets to Unit Heads of COD on a daily Basis.
o Creating dashboards for all Products that deliver easy-to-understand
branches and summary information on a regular, scheduled basis.
o Updating the Branches and retail business / Branches on specific
customer cases (by CIF and Customer Name). Responding to
telephonic and email queries on specific cases from Dealer/Vendor,
Branches and HO units.
o Generating the Weekly reports of the Pending cases and alerting the
branch / Ops staff on overdue and discrepant cases for resolution.
o Preparing Monthly standard Management reports on volumes,
numbers and outstanding’s for management requirements.
o Supporting the central Operations unit in maintaining and updating
the MIS REPORTS on a daily basis.
o Reconciling the Ops tracking sheet with Retail and Finance MIS and
ensuring the correctness.
o Daily generation of reports for all discrepancies and follow-up action.
o Creating report presentations as per Managers requirements and
needs.
o Assisting unit members on various other functions and Excel
Sheets / MIS related.
2 Worked as an Asst. Data Processing in TATA PROJECTS LIMITED,
Hyderabad from Oct-2012 to Jan 2014.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
o Creating and Updating Vendors / Suppliers in ERP – Oracle web
application (Version 12.1.3).
o Assigning the vendors to different SBU's in ERP-Oracle.
o Controlling of total Vendor data in Portal (Vendor support)
o Follow up with the vendors for their Registration in Vendor Portal
through Email and over Phone.
o Supporting to the vendors for registration of their company
credentials in our Vendor Portal (Errors and Technical issues)
o Creating Vendor Registration Certificates in vendor database and
issuing to new Approved vendors.
o Reporting to the manager with updated tracking sheet of Vendor
Portal on daily basis.
o Entering the Data speedily and accurately in the Excel as well as in
ERP Systems.
o Maintaining the Customers Sales Data in Excel and shorting out the
customers with high sales performance.
o Rating and Ranking the Customers with high sales performance
within the year.

o Making Production Data in ERP (Ramco E Applications).

o Making Shift wise production data in ERP as well as in Excel.
o Planning the weekly Raw Materials for Production in ERP
o Making the Production Data as Shift wise, Employee wise, Item wise
and Planning wise.

concern Managers.
