FBLA Members and Guests: It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 56th Annual State FBLA Leadership Conference. As a school board member for eight years and now as the Superintendent of Public Instruction, I have always been impressed by the strong presence of Business Education and FBLA in Arizona. Future Business Leaders of America - Arizona 2018 State Leadership Conference

On behalf of FBLA Arizona, we would like to welcome you to the 56th Annual State Leadership Conference! This year, we are “Fuel Your Future” to compete, lead and make a difference. We started the year with Leadership Camp in Prescott and then launched the 6th Annual Online Testing Tournament! We had a record over 470 students and advisers attended this year’s CTSO on Ice. We once again joined forces with Arizona HOSA and Arizona FCCLA for the FLEX Conference at the Talking Stick Resort Arena and Phoenix Convention Center. Our regional conferences were hosted on college and high school campuses and more than 1,875 students competed all across the state. We are once again at the beautiful Westin La Paloma, as we continue this highly successful year Over the next few days, you will experience over 60 competitive events, workshop sessions, the March of Dimes - Blue Jeans for Babies Dance, the Leadership Gauntlet, a hilarious hypnotist show and much more. As you join the nearly 1,750 FBLA members and advisers in attendance, remember to have fun and give your best over the next three days. Good luck in your competitions!

Community Service Achievement Awards

The FBLA Community Service Awards (CSAs) recognizes FBLA members for their extraordinary commitment to community service. It has three levels of recognition based on the cumulative number of hours a member contributes to community service activities: Community (50 hours), Service (200 hours) and Achievement (500 hours). CSA’s hours are cumulative and build throughout an FBLA member's career. We have listed the winners in this program.
