We Distinguish the Alpha Management Style which is based on masculine, authoritative use of power

We can also distinguish the BETA management style which is the feminine, cooperative use of power

God Led Management style incorporates both styles and enhances both

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Romans 8:14

God Led Management Style


I am searching for people who are willing to plant the fields to the harvest and who recognizes that the workspace, where we spend the greater part of our lives, is indeed very holy and fertile ground.

God Based management style


Strength of Self‐Mastery

Above all else, keep watch over your heart, for herein lie the wellsprings of life. Proverbs 4:23

Masters give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master un Heaven. Colossians 4:1


He Said “I am” your Leader What did you experience in order to feel that you are a leader?

He became what “I am” means a : LeaderWhat beautiful words do you feed your mind every day?

He kept in Constant contact with his boss How regularly do you communicate with your boss

He stuck to his mission/Vision What is your mission? Vision? My Mission is to empower you as the best

possible way in your life. Vision: A great working Team. He believed in himself

How much do you belief in yourself and what will it take to believe fully in yourself?

He had internal anchors What are your internal anchors and from whom do you seek approval.

We do you trust as your anchor?



He guarded his energy What daily energy leaks keep you from being focused?

He did the difficult things Are you willing to say :No when it is needed?

He said thank you How many times a day do you say thank you?

He was constantly is a state of celebration What do you celebrate daily? When do you celebrate? With

whom? He owned it

What do you owe to UTS? What to you own in UTS? He did not waste his time judging others

Do you have a habit of judging others?



He expressed himself What feelings do you try to numb at work? Or with other activities? What

are you hiding from? He was willing to look foolish

Are you willing to look foolish as a leader? He did not kick the donkey

The story of Balaam in the old testament‐Beware of your resources. He had a passionate commitment to the cause

How do you show your commitment to UTS? Are you passionate? He requested nobles things

What noble things are you asking in your prayers? Do you pray everyday? He saw love in control of the plan

What bad things are controlling your life but you can turn them into good things? How do you practice Love?



He worked through his fears What are the fears that are keeping you from your goals

He was keenly aware of his resources Do you take the time to know your resources. I want to know your family

members name, occupations, your hobbies, birthdays. He prized the seed rather the bouquet

Which activities would you change right now in order to praise the seeds instead of the bouquet? How do you embrace efforts

He felt a sense of destiny What is your small voice telling you about destiny?

He did not despite the little things What small deeds of today would you multiplied tomorrow?



Strength of Action

God is my strength and power, and He makes my way perfect. II Samuel 22:33

He saw everything as being alive Do you believe everything is alive? What are you doing about

it? He took actions

How active and creative are you? What new things are you doing?

He had a plan My plan is to change you from Generalist to Specialist, to get

your input and participation in making a complete plan. To make you a happy employee, and to keep UTS competitive and make our operations shine.

Strength of Action


He formed a Team I need you to be part of my team. I need you to believe we can

do it better together. I need you to stand by my side as I will stand by your side.

He called the question I need Us to be able to decide instead of endlessly discuss on a

topic. Decision making is important. Discussion has its limitations. He saw things differently

Not everything is as obvious at it seems. I do see things differently at times. We all should see things differently in order to change for the better

He broke the ranks I do not intend to follow the troops. My intensions are to Lead

the troops by following them.

Strength of Action


He came from Left field I will not leave any stone unturned. I will always surprise

you with a different perspective. He branched out My ideas and decisions are mostly branched out to

different situations by my colleagues and followers. He was bold

I am willing to tell you the truth no matter what. I have my way of bringing the news to you but you will get it clear for sure.

Strength of Action


He boiled it down Just Do it! (Nike), Be Bright, Be Brief then be gone!

He was visible I will visit you at all times, we will hold meetings discuss and

manage, we will have social encounters at work and off work He was willing to do an end run

We will put strategies together in order to get our targets done.

He took the long view Always have a total view and long run view of a situation

Strength of Action


He knew the no one could ruin his plans Never quit the plan! Keep on going despite of losses.

He practiced the WOWSE concept With or Without Someone Else

He took on step at the time We will walk it off until we reach our goals

He took his staff in hand I will coach you to become greater than I am

He served only the best wine Did not save the best for last. Be at your best everyday

He changed the unit of measurement How do we measure progress? How do we measure teamwork?

Strength of Action


He troubled himself on behalf of others Will troubled myself on your well being. I will discuss

and give you comfort in difficult times. He trained his replacements All of you will be Interim O&M Manager at some time. I

will train you and encourage you to grow. He said why not me? We do not envy other success. We make our best to get

our success together.

Strength of Action


He let it go We let go of situation we cannot change or have the control of.

We move on. He rose above it all

We will fly over and get an aerial view. He came to be a blessing

I came here to heal, not to curse, to give new hope and prosperity for you and me

He knew he was not alone I will have God always with me and with us!

He was a turnaround specialist I am here to turnaround things by doing it slightly different but

different!

Strength of Relationship

Jesus said to him: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great

commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the

prophets. Matthew 22:37‐40


He gave them a vision of something larger than himself What is your job and why is your job important?

He beheld them I want to discover your hidden qualities

He said Yes We will say Yes when we are called upon to serve other or

each other He was open to People and their ideas

Want to hear your opinions and ideas and I want us to implement them together. I trust you and your ideas.



He empowered Women We need to empower our women in O&M? How many women

do we have in operations? How many are managers/leaders? He was transparent before them

I will bring you the truth no matter how it hurts. I will not hide from you.

He believed in them I will seek the best in you that serves us better. I do believe

everybody has a strong side and weak side and I believe that you will do good before bad.

He clearly defined their work‐related benefits Are you here for the money? Or are you here for something

bigger than money?



He forgave them We will make mistakes and I will forgive you. You will get a

change to correct and move one. He treated them as equal

We are all equal as Leaders for UTS. He educated them

I will spend time education and coaching you in order to achieve our goals together

He Managed from the Inside out I will keep you informed at all time on a weekly basis, daily

basis and hourly basis.



He held them accountable You will get responsibilities and you will be honored based on

your efforts and success He spent lost of time with them

I will call you to visit me and I will visit you in order to chit chat about our work and live. I will ask you for the family and the dog. I will Lead you and your families

He touched the fragile things I will touch your fragile things and will discuss them with you. We

will cry, laugh and have our moments together He set an Example for them

I will lead by example and you will also do the same.



He prayed for them I will pray for you and your families everyday

He acknowledge them in public and in private I will give you compliments in public and privately. You

will not go unnoticed by my side. He looked out for the little guys The weakest among us I will look out for them and guide

them to become strong. He enrolled them Will you be on my team, will you follow my lead?



He kept Urging them on You can do it. Together we can do it.

He had compassion for the Crowds I will show you my compassion and regrets and also share

yours with you. The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and

Great in Mercy. Psalms 145:8 He served them

I am here to serve you the best I and up to my abilities and Gods will.

He loved them I will love you and your families and we will love each other as

a team



He defended them I will not let you down. Defend the poor and fatherless. Do justice to the afflicted and

needy. Psalms 82:3 He gave them authority

You will be empowered by me. He played with them

We will have out fun time together He harbored on goodwill

We will do everything in good faith



He gave them something tangible to remember him by I will make sure you remember me even when I am gone

He wanted to take everyone to the top You will be taken to the top.

He saw them as Gods gift to him You are my Gods gift and you are sent to help me For the gift and the calling of God are irrevocable. Romans 11:29

He loved them to the End My love to you is unconditionally. He who does not Love does not know God, for God is love. I John 4:8
