My Long Term Goal: Become an architect and live in San Francisco (5-10 Years in the Future)
My personal goal is to live in San Francisco. I am from a small town and have always felt that this place was too small for me. I want to live in a metropolitan city that is diverse and exciting. To accomplish this goal, I need to understand what it will require to live there, like how much money I need, what the job market is like, and possibly try to go to school there so I can find a job easier when I graduate. My professional goal is to become an architect and San Francisco has some amazing architecture, like the Golden Gate Bridge, the new Bay Bridge, and the Transamerica Pyramid.
My professional goal is to become an architect. I want to become an architect because I want to design beautiful spaces for people to live in. Everyone, no matter how much money they have, deserves a place to live that inspires them. To achieve this goal, I will have to get a degree in architecture. My personal goal is to live in the San Francisco, so I want to get a job as an architect in a San Francisco architecture firm.

My Mid-Term Goal: Determine how much is costs to live in San Francisco and get into a good college to get a degree in architecture. (3-5 Years in the Future)
I would eventually like to live in San Francisco so I need to figure out how much it costs to live there. I need a job and to know how much apartments, food, and transportation cost so that I will know how much money I need to make. I will probably need to have some money when I move there and I might also need to think about paying back student loans (unless I live there while I go to school!). This goal is related to my professional goal because I am planning to become an architect and college is going to cost money too.
I want to go to a good college for architecture so that I can definitely get a job in San Francisco doing what I think I will love to do as a career. I will need a high school degree, to choose a college, and get money. I will also need to know what grades are required, and what kind of other things I need to do to get accepted, including apply. I need to have a good job that I will enjoy so that I can live in San Francisco.

My Short Term Goals: Save money and apply to colleges with architecture degrees (1-3 Years in the Future)
I need to save money so that I can afford to go to college and eventually move to San Francisco. I will need to get a job or find some way to make money and figure out how not to spend money and maybe ask for money for my Birthday too. I also need to learn strategies for saving money. I also will need a scholarship because I don’t want to owe money after college. This personal goal is to help me achieve my dream and professional goal of becoming an architect.
When I realized that I wanted to become an architect, I also realized that I would need a college degree to become one. It is important for me to be successful in school so I can become an architect. The skills I will when I go to college are probably math, physics, drawing, and maybe construction. I will need these skills to make my college application look good. I also have to know which colleges will be the best fit for me including location, the cost, and also my grades. I also need to know how to apply for colleges and what kind of information colleges ask for on the applications. I am not sure how going to college is related to my personal goal of saving money, but I know that both will help me become an architect.
