3. Procedure Eligibility for Award
To be eligible for an award the following criteria must be met:
The suggestions must be outside the scope of the employeesnormal duties,
The suggestions is not made at a meeting held for the purposeof proposing suggestions,
The suggestions will result in improvements to
product/service quality or delivery or cost savings or otherintrinsic merit.
A suggestion will not be considered for an award if:
The suggestion covers an issue that has, or being considered by Matrix
Power Network, or has already been suggested by someone else,
The suggestion relates to employee terms and conditions of
employment,
The suggestion is actually a complaint about some aspect of Matrix
Power Network,
There are no discernible benefits to Matrix Power Network, its employeeor customers.

1 All idea submitted regardless accepted or rejected RM 2.00 per idea
2 All accepted idea RM 5.00 per idea
3 Idea which contribute to cost saving or cost avoidance 30% from the cost saving or
cost avoidance per idea
4 Best idea of the year RM 500
5 Most idea contributor of the year (minimum 24 ideas) RM 300
Employees who have given their vote and comment for idea which
contribute to the cost saving or cost avoidance will get 10% share from the
reward received by the suggestor. The amount shall be shared equallyamong the voters.
