a punjabi .. and murdered his sons and daughter (who was also an agent of

punjab and let everything go to please punjabi for power. Bhuttos worked for

punjab, and punjab killed bhuttos .....

this is the fate of traitors of the land. the fate of present leadership will not be

different from bhuttos.

But sindhi poor has sacrificed their lives for PPP to live. Each time sindhi people

has sacrificed to enable PPP gain power, but PPP has always given sindh dead

bodies of sindhi. They (PPP wadera) forget sindhi, while in power.

sindhis must awake and throw away greedy, self centered and cruel PPP wadera

leadership, else they will vanish from this world..

This refers to the news item published in daily Dawn dated 26th March 2005

in which formation of 22 provinces has been suggested by the Tehreek

Shehree Hukoomat.

Few days back Nazim Karachi Naimatullah Khan has also urged creation of

new provinces. Such demands have been made time and again by

individuals and organizations predominant by Muhajirs including MQM of

Altaf Hussain.

It is reminded that Muslims of minority provinces were never invited by any

of the (then) Muslim majority states of united India and now provinces of

Pakistan to migrate to their state. Universally only native people have the

rights to decide for the fate of their land and country. If the native people of

Punjab wants to divide their province into further administrative divisions or

provinces, they can. The same is true for native people of any other

province. No one should decide about the land of other people. There have

been lot of academic discussions in your paper also. There should not bemore talking of division of sindh. Otherwise sindhis will demand division of

anything and will forced to rethink on the decision of their elders of joining

Pakistan. In past the experience of integrating all the provinces of west

Pakistan into a single unit and denial of rights to the Bengalis and smaller

provinces had to end in the breaking of the country. The politics of

destruction and

division should end now. First division of India, then Pakistan and now the

division of provinces, will destroy every thing.

Very simply if the Muhajirs feel that they are not comfortable in Sindh they

can move to any other part of the country. And if this country do not suit

them they can leave for any other country (as they did 57 years ago) or

finally return to their fore fathers land India. They do not have any right to

speak of division of Sindh or any other province. legally speaking still native

people have never granted them citizenship of this land. No legislation by

any of the assembly of Pakistan has so far been made in this regard. They

are just aliens like all other aliens Afghani, Bengali, Bihari. They should not

speak for the division of Sindh. The people who talk like this do not know

what a motherland is for their hearts are empty with love for the

motherland. The land of India have thrown them out and if they do not stop

conspiring against this land they will not find any place here also.

Dear Friends

MQM's politics has always been suspicious. They are never relaiable. They

said that they will leave government if army operation against Baluch will be

launched. Why they are not leaving the govt. when operation in Kohlu andDera Bugti is being carried out. They are just taking time. There is no doubt

that MQM has links with India. What are the objectives of such links. Sindhi

should not be happy that these links will be used for them.

On Kalabagh Dam also MQM policy has been of "AGAR and MAGAR". They

are never clear. They are saying that MQM will leave the govt. if construction

of KBD will be announced without agreement of Sindh. What is opinion of

Sindh and Sindhi. Every body knows it. They are against KBD and will never

accept it at any cost. Does MQM own the opinion of Sindhi people. It is clear

from their stand in Sindh Assembly. They are blocking the resolution againstthe KBD in SA. They are using all type of pressure on Sindhi wadera

associated with them so that they accept the Dam. Gen. KBD is great game

of General Musharaf and MQM against the country.

Re: Re-KB Dam and the role of Sindhi Nationalists

Dear Sindh Dost

Sindhi leadership including PPP and nationalists have failed to

provide leadership that is required in the current situation. Role

of Sindhi wadera is known to everyone. they are always after power,

they are ready to sell ever thing for power, no exception to wadera

of PPP. They are all one and the same.

I respect the sacrifices of all who have fought for the cause of

Sindh. Saeen Rasul Bux Palijo, Muhtaram Bashir Khan, Dr. Qadir

Magsi, Sardar Mumtaz Bhutto, Muhatarma Benazir Bhutto all are

respectful to me. But I cant see in them the leader we want today.

They have to play very vital role in their sphere, but Sindhi needsnew leadership. among younger generations. the courageous, the wise,

the analytical, the strategist, committed with cause, firm in

his/her decisions, who can foresee the future, the dangers to the

nation. Above all priceless, who are not purchasable.

Situation of sixties, seventees and eightees has created many

respected leaders and intellectuals whom history will always

remember. They are pride of Sindh. But many of them do not fit in

current scenario.

We need leadership who has not eye on elections of 2007 only or

hungary of power, greedy of getting portfolios in Islamabad and

Karachi.

Situation of the day will create leadership among the youth. New

parties of masses will emerge who will lead the nation. Present

situation is definitely disappointed.

Young must come forward. The process will filter out the genuine

leaders.

Javed Qazi is doing good job and so are many other youth Mushtaq

Rajpar, Habib Jatoi and many many more....let us hope for the best.

But wadera politics must end.

Dear Mirani Sahib,

Please ask your friends and send media appeals to put pressure on

Sindhi leadership on the ground to practically do something about it.

Form citizen committees to go to the border to monitor what is

happening. We have too much of dissuasion already. By the time we come

to a "Rationalized" conclusion, Sindhis will be turned into a

minority.

Sindhis have right to Khokhrapar Surveillance. All Sindh Rights

groups must form united Vigilantes group to assist Government of

Pakistan and border control agencies to make sure Khokhrapar does not

become a conduit for human trafficking, arms trading and drug

trafficking business. Sindhi people must watch their national borderalong Khokhrapar, which has the potential to become a heaven for

illegal immigration from South and South Asian countries. If

unwatched, crossing into the country will become a massive

phenomenon.

It is no secret that the law enforcement agencies are infested with

corruption. They will do anything for money. Therefore it is a civic

and patriotic duty of Citizens of Pakistan to protect their

sovereignty by monitoring their national borders.

The objective of Khokhrapar Vigilantes should not be to enforce the

law or get into

the way of law enforcement agencies. The group's goal should be to

observe that the policies are being thoroughly enforced by the book.

Only those who have roots in Sindh or have legitimate purpose for a

temporary visit should be permitted on our side of the border.

Sindhis realize that no peace can prevail in their province without a

harmony between various population groups.

No progress will have any meaningful impact without including every

citizen of Sindh in its prosperity. All Sindh rights organizations in

Sindh and overseas

believe that those who have migrated in Sindh without fraudulent and

illegal means have right to security and prosperity. It is an

imperative for them to play their due part in protecting collective

rights of Sindhi people.

Those who link brotherhood between various population groups with

Sindh's unconditional support to unchecked population influx from

overseas can't be real friends of Sindh. No nation in the world

including developed countries practice free-for-all immigration

policies.

Unfortunately some political groups including MQM have made

Khokrapar a sticking point in its zeal for dominance. Forcing such

policies in Sindh reveals heinous designs to re-engineer Sindhi

population. It is nothing less than ethnic cleansing of native Sindhi

people, which leads to ethnocide and cultural genocide of nativeSindhis.

Article 7 of DRAFT UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS

OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES states:

Indigenous peoples have the collective and individual right not to be

subjected to ethnocide and cultural genocide, including prevention of

and redress for:

(a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their

integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic

identities;

(b) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of

their lands, territories or resources;

(c) Any form of population transfer, which has the aim or effect of

violating or undermining any of their rights;

(d) Any form of assimilation or integration by other cultures or ways

of life imposed on them by legislative, administrative or other

measures;

(e) Any form of propaganda directed against them.

In Pakistan, people of small nationalities, religious groups and

ethnic minorities are forcibly integrated into the common cultural,

economic and political life of the whole state, which is dominated by

selective and dominant population groups in Pakistan. Under

conditions of forced fusion of ethnic-cultural values and the so-

called "national integration", there

is a real and immediate threat to small nations of losing their native

language and their culture. Therefore the national revival, and

collective human rights of small nations in Pakistan, symbolizes the

restoration of the right to survive and preserve their originality and

values.

I plead all Sindh Rights groups to rise and take control of their

national security. Take a unified action to form Khokhrapar

Vigilantes group now. I request all Sindh rights organizations to

take up this issue within their respective organizations and endorse

this action.

"Demands" leave control in hands of the grantor. To take control of

your destiny, you will have to act.

Call for

Union of Pakistan & Afghanistan

A constitution is important in a country with culture and tradition for submission to the

rule of law. Elsewhere it is a start point. The precise provisions of the Constitution are

less important than the legitimacy of those who approved it. This Constitution was

drafted by the American Ambassador in Afghanistan and approved by delegates

handpicked by him. The American Ambassador is an Afghan himself but he is still the

Ambassador of America. Hamid Karzai is bright and sharp. He could have been the

leader to unite all Afghans. But by letting the US bomb villages and kill hapless Afghansindiscriminately on mere suspicion of presence of Arab or Taliban fighters he has been

robbed of any prospect of gaining legitimacy or popularity.

In my judgement directly elected President for Afghanistan in a US style Presidential

system suits that country. But the Constitution has not addressed the most important

single issue that defines Afghanistan. The treaty that defined the Durand Line as

border between Pakistan and Afghanistan expired in 1992. The people on both

sides of the Durand Line have voted with their feet over the last 25 years and

discarded it. It is time that both Governments - of Afghanistan and of Pakistan -

follow their people, discard the border and declare a Union.

The union of Afghanistan and Pakistan or settlement of all Indian Muslims in

Pakistan on religious ground only is un-practical. Why all Arab countries

having same religion and many more commonalities of culture, language

and social values join and form one union. The foundation of a nation or

country on religion grounds is an ancient thinking. How can people be

segregated on the basis of religion. Is it practical that there will be separate

countries for at least for the followers of major religions the Islam, the

Christianity, the Hindu, the Budh, the Jew.

Please accept the universal facts and realities. Indian Muslims are part of

India as you and your children are part of Britain nation and country. You

are not Muslim by nation. You are British. The same is true for residents of

other countries.

The union of Afghanistan will be formed whenever it will be in the interest of

both the Pakistani and Afghan Nations. Similar union of India and Pakistan

can also be possible on bilateral interests. BUT NOT ON THE BASIS OF

RELIGION, ISLAM or HINDUISM.

PAKISTAN IS A REALITY NOW. IT IS A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY COMPRISED

OF SINDHI, PUNJABI, PATHAN AND BALUCH. THE THINKING OF TWO

NATIONS ON THE BASIS OF RELIGION IS STORY OF PAST. THIS

PHILOSOPHY WAS BURRIED BY THEIR CAMPAIGNERS QA. EVEN LIAQAT ALI

KHAN HAVE TO ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH NEHRU THAT PEOPLE ON EITHER

SIDE OF BORDER WERE HINDUSTANI AND PAKISTANI.

PLEASE LET THE PAKISTAN FORM ITS OWN NATIONAL PRIORITIES AS A

COUNTRY.
