Office Secretary II–DHMH; HCHD, Bel Air/Edgewood, MD▪ September 2015– March 2016 Provides clerical support for Adult Evaluation Review Services (AERS) according to policy and

procedures. Responsibilities include retrieving EVS, completing referral forms, billing submission and reconciliation, faxing, and mailings.

Responsible for retrieving and reviewing all time sheets for the Adult Evaluation Review Service (AERS) staff prior to forwarding to Administration. Responsible for scheduling appointments for assessments on clients by staff. Record retention is done yearly. Management of AERS database in a timely response. Creates and maintains weekly/monthly calendars for billing purposes for the Community Health Nurses and Social Workers.

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical and budget reports for Program Supervisor as well as Director of Care Coordination. Fleet Management include administrative management and record keeping of the state cars with regard to arranging repair, maintenance, emissions, car request log, and record keeping.

Fiscal Accounts Clerk II–DHMH; HCHD, Edgewood, MD▪ October, 2011 – September 2015 Responsible for clinic collections for the Women’s Wellness and Colposcopy Program. Updates

client demographic information into Pat Trac, as well as calculates financial income for the fiscal billing department.

Updates/edits any and all insurance including third party insurance and enters into Pat Trac for financial purposes and billing determination. Retrieves the necessary information from down town when a client has a third party insurance reflecting on the EVS including date of eligibility and termination. Closes records for retention purposes.

Writes receipts for any and all monies received as well as writes adjustment for deletion of visits and agency adjustments on client accounts.

Daily clinic reports are completed as well as typing monthly clinic schedule and filing.

demographic information into Pat Trac and Ahler’s. Typed reminder letters of upcoming appointments and prepared for mail distribution. Typed minutes for program staff meetings as well as completed monthly reconciliation for postings of walk-in services and ran reports and verified appropriate charges for CSM bills.

all time sheets for nursing staff prior to forwarding to Administration as well as distributing new time sheets each pay period. Responsible for scheduling monthly nursing staff meetings off site as well as typing agenda’s and minutes for these meetings.

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical and budget reports for Director of Nursing as well as ordering all nursing clerical supplies, and working STD and Family Planning Clinics.

Office Clerk II–DHMH; HCHD, Bel Air, MD▪ February 2004 – July 2006 Responsible for scheduling Vision, Hearing, and Scoliosis screening for all non-public state

accredited schools. Assisted the technician with these screenings when needed. Prepared folders with proper paperwork for each school receiving screenings as well as sending out confirmation letters.

Responsible for Family Planning clinic collections and back up for Immunization’s as needed.

Vision/Hearing Technician–DHMH; HCHD, Bel Air, MD▪ June 1999 – February 2004 Provided Vision and Hearing screening to all non-public accredited schools. Followed up on all

children who did not pass the screening given? Scheduled schools for the following year as well as provided general clerical support to Immunizations entering demographic information into CASA and Anita.
