MY MESSAGE:
I would like to believe that an average Indian employee is hard working, loyal and honest to the organization. It is not always the money which drives them to change the job but most of the time, their “search” for better work environment and recognition prompts them to change the “Employer”.
The Indian HR has somewhere misjudged the “Indian Employee” unable to provide a platform to grow with the company,
My tribute to hardworking Indian employees and a message to Indian HR to grow with time and perform and prevent the brain drain overseas !

They know how to encourage the team to perform !!
Some times they use old tricks….!
The heavy titles are good to keep them happy…!!!
Just to end up in a situation like this…
Or even worst !
Some times, The Indian promotion policies are hard to understand !
They end up promoting a wrong guy too !
It is more shocking at times !
Ever wonder Why there is “no stitch in time” ?!
Some organizations end up being level conscious !
They negotiate with performing employees and hold them back…!
But not always !
Yeah ! Sometimes, there are brats too !
But they always try to maintain the head count low !!
Most of the Indian companies have huge turnover of manpower….!
Well, it’s the employee who compromises without complaining !
SO EMPLOYERS CARRY SURVEY TO KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON !
BUT ONLY SURVEYS WON’T HELP !
The results of surveys are shocking some times !
At times, even HR guy needs a change….
But frustration may also come from the top….
Some Indian companies don’t have many employees getting retired….
FOR SOME, THERE ARE SURPRISES TOO !
Indian Festivals slow down resignations to some extent !
Hats off to them….!
Many great companies are doing good…Because of great HR teams…..
