10. Recognize or report on behalf of subcommittee chairmen at all meetings.

5. Food: Find restaurant/vendor to provide meal for dinner. Determine ticket price. Contact Lunchroom Sales coordinator to sell dinner tickets during lunchtimes along w/ talent show ticket sales. Provide poster board to art teacher and ask her students to create posters advertising the event. Contact front office to publicize via morning announcements. Submit

newsletter articles/e-blasts as needed. Give guarantee to restaurant by Wednesday the week of Auction. 6. Set-up: Create floor plan and coordinate with head custodian. Assist

decorations chairman to decorate cafeteria beginning Friday after lunchroom has been cleared & cleaned. Provide food for volunteers.
