Open Enrollment 2019

Vermonters can enroll in Qualified Health Plans from November 1, 2018 until December 15, 2018 for coverage starting January 1, 2019.

• Minimal Changes for 2019: Most changes needed were applied to Deductible and Out Of Pocket Maximums

• Members are no longer required to select a PCP during enrollment

• The Chiropractic benefit, for Silver and Bronze plans, has changed to be in accordance with the Regulations

Reflective Silver Plans• The Reflective Silver plans very closely mirror the base Silver plans

with just one benefit variation – Ambulance co-pay/co-insurance.

• Available at a lower premium.

• These plans can only be purchased directly from MVP

• Make sense for members and groups who want a Silver plan, but do not qualify for financial help.
