CYCLE BOOTCAMP Mix up your ride with intervals of body weight and

FLOW YOGA In this Vinyasa style flow class, you’ll be guided through
basic postures, but also allowing for more challenging poses based on your

HARDCORE This class focuses on abdominal, back and core muscle
training and stabilization to improve the body’s overall functional strength.

HIIT A workout that combines intervals of maximal effort followed by a

HIIT & CORE This class takes HIIT one step further and finishes with core

MUSCLE A dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using
dumbbells, exercise balls, gliding discs, body bars and your own body

PiYo™ An intense cardio workout that combines the core firming

during the ride. Strength training will be performed off the bike, cycling
