Muveddet Al-Katib

After completing a Fine Arts degree in her homelandof Turkey, Muveddet has taken inspiration from theart, history and surroundings of her native country tocreate her unique artistic vision. Using mixed mediums,caligraphy symbols and rich colour and texture, shehas attempted to capture the feelings of the rich andvaried artistic tradition of Anatolia in an updated andcontemporary interpretation.
