• Dynamics tell us how loud or how soft music is played • The terms are Italian words • Some of the markings you may see in a piece of music are as follows:

As you watch the video, circle any of the dynamics above (ff, f, p, pp, cresc. decresc.) that you see in the music and listen to what happens to the music when you see these markings.
1. Write down one of the dynamic markings you noticed in the music and describe what happened to the music once the Line Rider passed this marking.
2. Did you enjoy watching the figure on the bike move as the music played? Please explain your answer.
Part B: Thinking about Music
On April 24th, many different Canadian musicians and actors put together a stay-at-home concert in support of Food Banks Canada and the Canadian Red Cross called “Stronger Together".
