Policies & General Information

CONTRACT & PAYMENTA signed contract and deposit are required toconfirm the scheduled date. The requesteddeposit is 20% of the estimated event revenueor $1,000, whichever is greater, and is non-refundable. It will be applied toward the balancedue. Final payment for the event is due threeworking days prior to the event date.

ATTENDANCE GUARANTEEFor meal functions, a final count must be guaranteedseven working days prior to your event. The numbergiven will be considered a guarantee and chargeswill be based on the number served or the numberguaranteed, whichever is greater. SeaWorld willprepare food and seating for 5% over yourguarantee.

ADDITIONAL COSTSThere is a 15% gratuity and CA sales tax added toall food and beverage (subject to change). Specialorder items are available for an additional cost, i.e.dance floor, specialty linens, centerpieces, etc.

MENUAll food and beverage must be purchased through SeaWorld. With the exception of buffets, entréeselections are limited to one selection. All buffets have a 75 person minimum. No food and beveragemay leave the premises or be brought into the park.

ALCOHOLSpecial event areas at SeaWorld operate under the same laws observed by all cocktail lounges anddining rooms in California. Therefore, we cannot serve any form of alcoholic beverages to a minor(an individual unable to provide written evidence in accordance with SECTION 25660, of beingage 21 or older). If necessary, current identification will be checked by the server or management.If warranted, the person checked will be refused service.
