Slip Cast Ceramics

We welcome our ceramic friends to Murr’s Ceramics, this second part of

the year will bring more special classes, to keep our creative juices flowing. New

Quarterly Theme Competition starting First week in July and winner an-

nounced 29th September 2018 at Murrs at Morning Tea.

To enter the cost will be $2.00 (to be donated to Alara).

Theme—Australiana.

Must be from Slip Cast Ceramics molds. Judges will be Maria Davis and Fiona Gibson. Pieces into be Judged on Satur-

day 22th September 2018 only. (Judges decisions will be final)

Ist Prize will be $25.00 Voucher from Murrs

2nd Prize will be $10.00 Voucher from Murrs

3rd Prize will be $5.00 Voucher from Murrs

For us to clean Greenware for you there will be a cost of 30% of Greenware price added to your Greenware price. (plus, firing cost)

For us to Glaze your piece (this includes Glaze) 50% of Greenware price (plus, firing cost)

Class Room Etiquette

1. Please leave table area

clean.

2. Ensure all your pieces are

clearly marked with your

details if leaving at class.

3. Pieces left and not touched

in 2mths will be removed

and stored for 1 month. If

not collected will be given

away or on sold.

4. Please ask staff if class paints

need replacing.

5. Always wash Brushes in

clean water and using a little

dish drops or brush cleaner

and rinse well.

6. Class brushes, please check

with staff if unsure which

brushes are used for the

paint your using as not to

contaminate your piece.

7. Allow at least two weeks

for firing as we will only fire

if we have a full kiln.

8. Paint and tool orders may

take a month to supply.
