In Murphy v Murphy out of Coweta County, Georgia, we learned what it sounds like in courtroom audio recordings to hear a judge (Judge Baldwin) scream at a lawyer and mother to prevent them from getting evidence and testimony onto the record.Because the court reporter overcharged on transcripts - on this case and on other civil and criminal cases - it triggered a deeper investigation into the actions taken and the problems with the record on this case.The fact remains that the boys are still missing, and that the record being considered by the Georgia Supreme Court in its determinations on the issues of this case is not accurate nor complete. The local DA Peter Skandalakis alerted Georgia's Attorney General Sam Olens that he could not investigate this matter.
