What happens at this stage? In the interview, you present yourself to the
Selection Committee. Your goal is to convince the Selection Committee that you are a strong candidate and prove that you will not easily quit the remaining selection procedures and training sessions.
When & where Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2013 Sign-in Time: 9:00 Interview Time: 10:00 – 12:00 Venue: Room 401, General Education Building ( 共同科館 401

Format A maximum of six and minimum of three applicants
will be interviewed together in one interview session. Each interview session is divided into four stages:▪ Introduction (2.5 minute): Each applicant has 30 seconds to talk
about himself/herself.▪ Ordered Q&A (5 minutes): In order, each applicant has 30 seconds
to answer a question from the Selection Committee. It goes for two rounds, and applicants answer one question in each round.
▪ Free Q&A (3 minutes): The Selection Committee throws out open and free-for-all questions. Applicants are encouraged to be the first to answer the questions and to join and express his/her opinions even after a student has started talking.
▪ General Discussion (2 minutes): The Selection Committee decides how to use this time based on the interview situation.
