1 Integrating the MultiSafepay plug-in
1.1 Integration requirements
This plug-in is suitable for PrestaShop 1.7.
If an older version of PrestaShop is installed on your system, consider upgrading to PrestaShop 1.7
or check our website for a plug-in suitable for your version of PrestaShop.

1.2 Preparation
If a version of the plug-in already exists on your system, we recommend uninstalling (and removing) the
plug-in before proceeding with the integration. Otherwise issues, during the installation or while in use, may
occur.
1.3 Installing the plug-in
Download the plug-in from our website to your local computer and place it in a temporarily folder.
Login into the backend of the website and go to the section modules (1)
and click upload a module (2)

Next drag and drop the previous downloaded zip-file and press the button configure (1)

2 Configuring the plug-in
2.1 Configuring the MultiSafepay-core module
First the MultiSafepay-core has to be configured.
The form is self-explaining as you can hover over the descriptions for an explanation.
After all the fields are configured, press the button Save (1)

2.2 Enable and configure the payment methods
All the payment methods you wish to use in the shop can be enabled and configured separately.
Explanation of the fields:
Title If filled, it will overwrite the default payment description
Sort Order Position of the payment method during checkout.
Minimum order amount If total order amount is less, the payment method is not visible.
Leave empty to omit check.
Maximum order amount If total order amount is more, the payment method is not visible.
Leave empty to omit check.
Frontend description Some more information to assist the customer during the payment.
After all the fields are configured, press at the bottom of the screen the button Save (1)

2.3 Configure the payment restrictions
For each payment method you can set restrictions on the currency, groups, carriers and countries.
After all the fields are configured, press any of the buttons Save (1)

2.4 Enable and configure the giftcards
All the giftcards you wish to use in the shop can be enabled and configured separately.
Explanation of the fields:
Title If filled, it will overwrite the default giftcard description
Sort Order Position of the giftcard during checkout.
Frontend description Some more information to assist the customer during the payment.

2.5 Configure the giftcard restrictions
For each giftcard you can set restrictions on the currency, groups, carriers and countries.
After all the fields are configured, press any of the buttons Save (1)

3 Notification URL The website notification-url has been replaced by a dynamic alternative in which the notification-url is retrieved from the transaction. In order to avoid conflicts such as multiple order confirmations, multiple invoices or paid amount mismatch, we recommend clearing the notification-url of the desired website in your MultiSafepay account.
